Account and data deletion
You can permanently delete your Pixandra account and all related data (profile, credit history, generated images, support messages).
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your account and files are deleted as soon as you confirm; this cannot be undone.
If you can’t access the app, email destek@pixandra.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. After verifying your identity we delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Uploaded face photos are already deleted automatically within 24 hours. Store purchase records (without personal content) may be kept for the legally required period.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
