Data controller

Muzaffer Aydoğan (Ankara, Türkiye) ("Pixandra") is the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data processed and purpose

Identity and contact data to manage your account; uploaded photos (including facial images that may be biometric) only to create the images you request; transaction records for payments and legal obligations.

Legal basis

Entering into and performing a contract, legal obligation, and your explicit consent for facial images (KVKK Articles 5 and 6).

Transfers

Data may be transferred to infrastructure and image generation providers located abroad in order to provide the service. Your explicit consent is obtained for cross-border transfer.

Consent for each generation and retention

Before each generation you are asked to confirm that you have the explicit consent of the people in the photos you upload and that the photos will be transferred to an AI provider abroad for image generation; the time of consent is stored with the generation record. Uploaded photos and generation details such as height are deleted within 24 hours. Photos are shared with the provider through a time-limited (1-hour) link and are not permanently copied to the provider’s storage.

Your rights (Art. 11)

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion, object, and claim compensation. Submit requests to destek@pixandra.com.
